World Championship wrestler Tatum appeared on TV shows such as MTV's "Punked" and in videos for Outkast. He recently appeared in the film "Who's Your Caddy?" with Antwan "Big Boi" Patton of Outkast, for whom he had worked as a road manager and personal assistant. Remember the incident last July when Lindsay chased a vehicle driven by the mother of an assistant who had recently quit? Well, a passenger in that v...ehicle, Tracie Rice, is claiming that she was traumatized by the experience, has incurred extensive medical bills and lost her job as a result. So a lawsuit has been filed against Lindsay Lohan and my hunch is that it will be a costly one. Check further down in the article for information about another lawsuit that has been filed against Lohan by a busboy who claims to have been injured by Lindsay. After being accused of causing emotional trauma when the beleaguered actress went after a woman in a high-speed car chase, she's now being asked to pay for that distress, according to The Associated Press. In Jul...y, Tracie Rice was in a car driven by Michele Peck, the mother of Lohan's assistant, who recently had left Lohan's employ. Police later determined Lohan was the driver of the SUV that trailed Rice and Peck to the Santa Monica Police Department headquarters. A month later, Rice filed a lawsuit against Lohan for emotional distress. It seeks unspecified damages and payment of medical and other expenses related to emotional distress. More of the financial impact became clear in late December, when papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court revealed $7,000 in medical bills, including a therapist who charges $175 per visit. Rice also alleges the loss of her $60,000-per-year job because of the incident. |
