TMZ reports that his body was discovered in the living room of his Hollywood apartment, there was no visible signs of trauma. However, ...the autopsy hasn’t been completed. A source close to Applegate told the National Enquirer that the actress is “absolutely devastated over the sudden loss, Christina loved Lee dearly and even dreamed of starting a family with him.” They also claim that the pair, who have been dating since 2006, have broken up a number of times due to Grivas’s drug problems.
