The only thing better than a celebrity feud is a celebrity feud with lightly anti-Semitic undertones and the potential of skull fragmentation. In a frankly inspired piece of casting it is rumoured tha...t they will be approaching Johnny Depp to play the role of the Riddler and attempt to breathe life into a character hammed to death by Jim Carrey in the truly awful 'Batman Forever'. Johnny's a lovely man so hopefully he won't prepare for the role in the same way as Heath Ledger did for the Joker (by seemingly going a bit dotty then dying). If this comes off it might be the first time the audience is cheering for the Riddler to give Batman a truly historic hammering. |
