The judge did not appoint a conservator to make medical decisions on behalf of Brit because the necessary paperwork was not filed. As for the conservatorship that was filed — it is only temporary — until Monday. A conservatorship is created when it is deemed that a person cannot care for themselves or handle his or her own affairs. |

She was also seen by “manager” Osama Sam Lufti, who was dispatched to In-N-Out Burger to pick up some food for Britney. (Apparently she was having grease withdrawals). Lufti rolled up with a “Double-Double” combo (a double cheeseburger, fries and a drink) to help aid her recovery. |

His rep confirms to TMZ that he was “exhausted and suffers from a sleeping disorder. He went in voluntarily to get some help.” Everyone keeps saying how strict the place is - he apparently didn’t get all the help he needed in four days. According to Page Six, he was out drinking with his buddies on Thursday night - in his pajamas. The married father-of-five wore flannel pajama pants and a black parka and was seen drinking beer with his buddies until last call at Hollywood French bistro La Poubelle. |
