Besieged by photographers, Britney fled without even going inside the courthouse. At Monday's hearing, Court Commissioner Scott Gordon ruled that Kevin will maintain sole physical and legal custody and that Britney may not see her kids. Meanwhile, Wednesday night saw Britney getting pulled over after a high-speed chase with photographers. Four other drivers were arrested. Britney was let go. Later, Britney and friends headed over to Kitson for some shopping — around 1:30 am! |

"I definitely think if I had it to do over again, I probably wouldn't make any statement at all. Period." Dr. Phil told USA Today that he visited Spears as "a friend and ally of the family," not as a psychologist. |

Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon left in place a ...ruling that barred Spears from visiting with her young sons at least until another hearing on February 19, lawyers for her ex-husband Kevin Federline said outside court. Mr Gordon issued the original order earlier this month, after police were summoned to the troubled pop star's home when she became distraught and refused to return the boys to Federline's representatives. Spears, 26, was taken away on a stretcher and hospitalised for two days. She arrived hours late for today's hearing and was mobbed by photographers as she stepped out of a sport utility vehicle outside the downtown Los Angeles courthouse. But instead of heading into the building where the hearing was under way with Federline in the courtroom, Spears climbed quickly back in the car and drove off again. |
