The father of a Briton found dead in Venice after a Valentine's Day row with his girlfriend has insisted his son would not commit suicide. The body of Mr Raynor, 23, was pulled from city's lagoon yesterday, three days after he was reported missing by 22-year-old Katie Robinson. Police said that the corpse was covered in mud and had "contusions and bruises".
