First he jokingly claimed he was going to eat daughter Suri’s placenta when she was born and now Andrew Morton claims Nicole kept some placenta from her miscarriage to prove he was the father of her baby. A... source tells Morton, “They did try to start a family [but] she sadly had a miscarriage. And because of all the questions over the father, she ordered that some of the placenta be saved in order to prove paternity — the fact that Tom Cruise was the father.” Nicole was filming Moulin Rouge at the time and rumors were swirling that she was sleeping with co-star Ewan McGregor.
