Shaniqua is saying the fire was attempted murder and she distinctly heard someone... in the house before the fire, according to TMZ: The lawyer for 50 Cent's baby mama, Shaniqua Tompkins, tells TMZ that she heard "someone" come into the house this morning at 4 AM, shortly before the fire broke out around a hour later. Paul Catsandonis, Shaniqua's lawyer, tells us that his client is "traumatized" by the fire and that the kids are similarly in total shock. Six people, including Tompkins and their 10-year-old son Marquise, were in the house. They all were transported to the hospital and treated for smoke inhalation. |

He lost all his possessions, and his dog perished in the blaze. According to legend...ary wrestling commentator Jim Ross' website, Hardy and his girlfriend were not home at the time. Jeff's brother, Matt, saw smoke coming from the home, but was too late to do anything about it. Jeff lived in a double-wide trailer. |

The fire department sent 2 paramedic teams to Heather’s home after receiving a suicide attempt call. The person whom they talked to was supposedly Heather Locklear but ...when they got to her house, they determined everything was in order. There was no suicide attempt. The call did not originate from her house. The officers did not find any problem. Heather was not treated. The Fire Department officer said that if they had detected anything wrong, they would have taken Heather into custody. At press time, Heather’s representative did not return calls fro comment on this incident. |

The incident happened during a joint patrol in the north on 26 December, but fuller details have only now emerged. An Iraqi ...general said the patrol had come under fire from gunmen in the city of Mosul, but his soldier had "abused" the situation and shot the Americans. It is thought to be the first such case since the US-led invasion of 2003. The US initially reported the deaths of Capt Rowdy Inman, 38, and Sgt Benjamin Portell, 27, as resulting from hostile small arms fire. But Iraqi general Mutaa al-Khazraji said: "They [the joint patrol] were attacked by gunmen and the [Iraqi] soldier abused the situation and killed the two soldiers." |
