He was accused of rape by her sister, Samiya. Freddie said he was innocent of her charge and took two lie detector tests... to prove his innocence. Samiya’s account had inconsistencies and the charge was dropped. She defended herself by saying it was a bad dream. What happened was that she said that three men videotaped her in a bathroom and posted this footage at YouTube. She mentioned Freddie’s name to the police.
