Following in his sister Paris’ footsteps, Barron Hilton, 20, was pulled over early this morning and arrested on DUI charges. It all went down on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California. Around 8:30 am Barron was driving a black Mercedes-...Benz when he was pulled over by police. After he was arrested, the authorities hauled him into the Lost Hills Sheriff’s station. The Los Angeles city attorney’s office said Friday it will not charge Brandy Norwood in a deadly December 2006 freeway crash. Spokesman Nick Velasquez said there is “insufficient evidence” for a jury to find the 28-year-old actress-singer guilt...y of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter beyond a reasonable doubt. The decision runs counter to a recommendation from the California Highway Patrol that Norwood be charged in the Dec. 30, 2006, crash.
