He did go to the hospital to get hydrated, hoping he could get on the plane but he didn't stay there. He was so sick – and so sorry he couldn't be there with everyone." Phoenix was due to promote his drama Two Lovers at the festival. The film's director, James Gray, told reporters Monday that Phoenix wanted to make the trip to France, but he advised him to go to the doctor. |

The judge was lenient because the patient said that he wished to continue his relationship with Stephanie after his release from the mental hospital. |
