Britney Spears still hasn’t gained back her visitation rights to see Sean Preston and Jayden James. The loopy singer showed up at the courthouse yesterday, but didn’t get out of her car and didn’t go inside the building, basically snubbing the ...Commissioner who she was to face. Again. There were five witnesses at the hearing, including parenting coach Lisa Hackner, court-appointed monitor Pamela Strong, former Britney bodyguard Lonnie Jones and two LAPD officers. We assume they didn’t have many glowing reports of the crumbling pop princess.

A JUDGE has refused to restore Britney Spears' right to visit her two sons, a court spokesman said, after the troubled pop star showed up outside court but never made it into the hearing. Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon left in place a ...ruling that barred Spears from visiting with her young sons at least until another hearing on February 19, lawyers for her ex-husband Kevin Federline said outside court. Mr Gordon issued the original order earlier this month, after police were summoned to the troubled pop star's home when she became distraught and refused to return the boys to Federline's representatives. Spears, 26, was taken away on a stretcher and hospitalised for two days. She arrived hours late for today's hearing and was mobbed by photographers as she stepped out of a sport utility vehicle outside the downtown Los Angeles courthouse. But instead of heading into the building where the hearing was under way with Federline in the courtroom, Spears climbed quickly back in the car and drove off again.

Police officers, firefighters and paramedics who responded to Britney Spears’s home last week will testify at her custody hearing on Monday, a source says. “The emergency personnel will describe what transpired that night,” the source says. ... Court documents show Kevin Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan on Thursday subpoenaed the LAPD investigative report and the identity of the officers on the scene at Spears’s four-hour custody standoff. If the court decides on Monday to further suspend Spears’s visitation rights, the singer may not see her sons until April, when the ex-couple’s custody trial begins, Kaplan said. As for whether Kaplan is amenable to Britney regaining visitation, he said on Monday, “It’s a very short time since the events of Thursday and certainly I have seen nothing that has caused me to believe that there are dynamics in play now that will change my mind about the orders we sought.” Federline was temporarily granted sole legal and physical custody of sons, Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1, after Spears was hospitalized. Spears and Federline are not required to personally show in court on Monday.

Crime Report in Britney Case

Law enforcement sources tell the LAPD wrote up a crime report in connection with last week's standoff at Brit's home. Sources say cops wrote a Child Endangering Report which is now under lock and key at the LAPD. Sources say this is a preliminary in...vestigation report, meaning the LAPD can conduct further inquiry and possibly even arrest Spears if they determine a crime was committed. We're told the report was written because of all of the events at the house -- including locking herself in the bathroom with Jayden and violating the custody order. We're told it's unlikely the LAPD will arrest Brit since the custody court is all over the matter.

Miz Britney Spears has been slapped with a temporary restraining order, which was issued against her during the events that went down last Thursday night. Says LAPD spokesperson Mike Lopez: “The person it’s placed upon would have to stay approxim...ately 100 feet from the other person, or face arrest. In most cases, it’s issued by officers when there’s the possibility of imminent and immediate danger to the victim.” Kevin Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan was not the one who placed the restraining order, it was the LAPD, and there is yet to be word on whether the restraining order will be extended.
