According to TMZ: Jill Ishkanian, who allegedly hacked into Us Weekly’s computer system ...to locate celebs after she left the mag, was following Locklear. Ishkanian watched the actress go to a market. When Heather got in her car, Ishkanian called 911, even though the car wasn’t even moving at the time. Now get this — sources say immediately after Ishkanian called 911, she called a paparazzi agency to give them the heads up Heather was about to be popped. TMZ obtained those photos, not knowing it was Ishkanian who set the ball in motion. And it gets worse. Ishkanian apparently is the only witness who says Lockelear was driving erratically and that she was drunk, even though it’s already established she was not under the influence of alcohol. |

Locklear was pulled over while driving in the Santa Barbara area. Law enforcement officers tell us alcohol was not involved, however they are conduc...ting tests to determine if Locklear was under the influence of drugs. We're told she was released on her own recognizance, without having to post bail. This could set up a bizarre custody battle given that Locklear and ex hubby Richie Sambora have both been busted for similar charges. Sambora pleaded no contest to DUI back in March. In June, Heather checked herself into an Arizona medical facility to fight anxiety and depression. |

The fire department sent 2 paramedic teams to Heather’s home after receiving a suicide attempt call. The person whom they talked to was supposedly Heather Locklear but ...when they got to her house, they determined everything was in order. There was no suicide attempt. The call did not originate from her house. The officers did not find any problem. Heather was not treated. The Fire Department officer said that if they had detected anything wrong, they would have taken Heather into custody. At press time, Heather’s representative did not return calls fro comment on this incident. |
