Cops say she “was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn.” When deputies pulled her over, they determined that she “was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.” Barton is still in custody, being held on $10,000 bail. Mischa w...as released from the West Hollywood Sheriff’s station at 10:10 AM this morning and was picked up by her mom in a black Mercedes. She walked out with her arms crossed and covered her face with a scarf. She tried to lay down in the back seat of the car and was given a police escort out so no one could follow her. She is scheduled to host the opening of new Las Vegas restaurant and lounge CatHouse at the Luxor this weekend. |
