Meanwhile, Diane Lee Wolozin, the masseuse who discovered Heath’s body and made four frantic phone calls to Mary-Kate Olsen, does not hold a state license to perform massage therapy. Practicing massage therapy without a license is a felony and she could face fines or even jail time. |

According to TMZ, police have told the family the death was accidental and there is no evidence to support speculation that he may have committed suicide. Heat...h was ill with pneumonia when he died and an autopsy is scheduled tomorrow, although conclusive results may not be known for several weeks. According to PerezHilton.com, two bottles of sleeping aids were found, one prescription and one over-the-counter. According to Sydney’s Daily Telegraph, bottles of Diazepam and Alprazolam, both anti-anxiety drugs prescribed in his name, were also found. The paper also reports that former love Naomi Watts burst into tears upon hearing the news at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah. Meanwhile, a devastated Michelle Williams, the mother of his daughter, is on a plane to New York City. |

Yesterday staHigh School Musicalr Zac Efron was rushed to hospital for an emergency appendectomy. Fortunately, E...fron's appendix was removed before it burst and could do serious damage to the teen sensation's innards. But it was a close call. At one point during surgery, up to three of Zac Efron's hairs went slightly out of place - marking the most distressing point of his entire moon-eyed life so far. It might be easy to mock the stars of High School Musical, but we'll say this - ripping off Grease and filling it full of sub-Britney songs about going your own way because you're special inside doesn't half take it out on your internal organs. Why, just last week, Corbin Bleu barfed up both of his adrenal glands because of the stress of belting out Get'cha Head in the Game again and again, and now Zac Efron's appendix has gone all doolally as well. |

She lost her laptop, and is desperate to get it back. Her laptop is filled with photos of friends, family, and little Valentina who was born in September. Every parent’s nightmare of course is that pictures of their baby will fall into the wrong hands, but when you are a celebrity, it’s even worse. So she must be losing her mind. Johnny Depp, Daniel-Day Lewis, Cate Blanchett and Javier Bardem took top honors in the acting categories. On the television side, Mad Men was named best drama and Extras was hailed as the best comedy. David Duchovny, Tina Fey, Glenn Close and Jeremy Piven were also honored. |

Avary, 42, was the driver in the si...ngle-car collision shortly after midnight in Ojai, said Captain Ross Bonfiglio of the Ventura County Sheriff's Department. Killed in the accident was Andreas Zini, 34, a resident of Italy who was apparently visiting the couple. Firefighters cut Zini from the car with Jaws of Life and he died several hours later at Ventura County Medical Center. |

Avary - an Academy Award-winning screenwriter for Pulp Fiction and scribe behind the recent film Beowulf - was arrested for drunk driving in Ventura County over the... weekend. That’s bad enough. But it gets much worse. The moron crashed his car in the process, causing his wife, Gretchen Avary, to be ejected from the vehicle; she was later transported to Ojai Valley Community Hospital, where she’s listed in stable condition. But one of the passengers wasn’t so fortunate: Andreas Zini died. Avary was booked into Ventura County Jail and charged with manslaughter and DUI. He was later released on $50,000 bail. |

September 11th spurred roly-poly Michael Moore on to make Fahrenheit 911, but thankfully Madeleine McCann won't be joining that club any time soon. Even though film is just about the only outlet which hasn'...t received a full-on assault by the McCanns as they try to track their missing daughter, the couple have denied that they're planning to turn the search for Madeleine into a feature-length movie, contrary to rumours yesterday. So, sorry, you'll all just have to pay to be depressed by something else now. Before we continue, we must stress that a film about Madeleine McCann has already been filmed and released. However, this film was shelved in the UK as it bore too many resemblances to the real life case. Poor Ben Affleck must have been pretty pissed off about this. His film Gone Baby Gone - which was made ages before the McCann saga began - was all about a girl who was left alone by her parents and had something to do with drugs and child abuse. But most freaky of all, the girl who played the abandoned child was also called Madeleine! This surely would be something that would cause Derek Acora to twitch about in excitement and get his Scouse ghost antics going into overdrive. |

Where once this Walt Disney Pictures release was supposed to begin shooting... in January, now the word coming out of Burbank suggests that the start of production has been pushed back to April. And even that new start date is said to be tentative, given that "High School Musical 3" 's screenplay is reportedly in very rough shape. |

The story picks up three decades later, when the dreaded Reaper virus escapes the walled-off nation and resurfaces in a major city. An elite group of specialists, captained by Eden Sinclair (Rhona Mitra), is dispatched into the still-quarantined country to retrieve a cure by any means necessary. Shut off from the rest of the world, the unit must battle through a landscape that has become a waking nightmare. Bob Hoskins, Adrian Lester, Alexander Siddig and Malcolm McDowell co-star in the film. |
