According to new reports, Disney announced on Thursday that Miley Cyrus won't be attending her first (previously scheduled) public appearance since those 'scandalous' Vanity Fair pics went public. Miley was to appear at a med...ia party in Orlando on Friday, along with dozens of other Disney Channel stars in town to film the Disney Channel Games, a charity competition. Disney did not elaborate on the reason for Miley's absence from the party. They don't need to elaborate — she's still in the doghouse for dirtying things up!
