President Bush's former head of the Federal Emergency Management Agency didn't cover himself with glory after Hurricane Katrina. But a press release about Brown recently went out that bar...ely mentioned his stint at FEMA and pitched him as a "former undersecretary of Homeland Security" and an expert on national security. "Give me a break!" snapped one journalist. "This guy is a national disgrace and now he's trying to make a buck off his reinvention of himself, banking on the short memories of us in the media.
