I worship the ground Clint Eastwood walks on, but even if I didn’t, I would still have to admit that the trailer for Changeling looks freaking amazing. Add the fact that the film stars my pick for the sexiest woman on the planet (even if she does look a little haggard here), Angelina Jolie, and is based on a screenplay written by one of my favorite comicbook writers, J. Michael Straczynski, and what we have is one of the most anticipated movies of the year. Changeling hits theatres October 31st, 2008.

The trailer’s up for Lindsay Lohan’s new turd of a movie, and boy is it everything you’d imagined it to be. Trite, painfully unfunny, bereft of any real effort or originality and packed with kind of no-name d-listers that ooze out of the bowels of SNL and cling to Hollywood’s listless asshole like a couple of metaphorical dingleberries. I guess what I’m really saying is that pretty much any “shit” metaphor works here. I’m also saying that you should keep a roll of Charmin near your desk if you plan on watching the whole thing. It’s the cinematic equivalent of doing cannonballs with Metamucil and Ex-Lax.

Check out the new trailer (link) for Wanted, the new action-packed thriller featuring Angelina Jolie and James McAvoy. The film opens everywhere on Friday, June 27. In other Jolie-Pitt news, Angie’s attorneys on Monday warned that someone posing as her personal assistant, Holly Goline, had sent out false information about the movie star giving birth. The source for the Entertainment Tonight report was an e-mail supposedly from Goline. An executive at the show said Monday that she wanted to “see how this story plays out” before retracting a report that the twins had been born, despite a claim of an imposter and a denial from partner Brad Pitt’s manager.

Check out the new trailer for Burn After Reading, featuring Brad Pitt and the newly single George Clooney. Plot summer via Wiki: John Malkovich plays Ozzie Cox, a CIA vet who is fired because he is an alcoholic. He takes his revenge by writing some inflammatory memoirs. Cox’s soon-to-be ex-wife Katie (Tilda Swinton) steals the disc containing his memoirs and accidentally leaves it at the gym where it is found by a trainer, Chad Feldheimer (Pitt) and the gym’s owner, Linda Litzke (Frances McDormand). They believe they can use the info to blackmail Cox. Harry Pfarrer (Clooney) is an oversexed, fanatically fit, lactose-intolerant federal marshal who is sleeping with Cox’s wife. He meets Linda via an online dating service and gets entangled in the blackmail scheme, when he stumbles across Chad breaking into his and Katie’s house.

Wanted International Trailer Kicks Ass Red Band Style

Universal has a new international trailer for Universal’s Wanted. I normally wouldn’t be posting a Russian language trailer, but this trailer shows off some of the incredible cinematography that all of a sudden got me excited about this film. It’s also uncensored. This same trailer would certainly be redband if it were released in the U.S. I’m not expecting Shakespeare, just some incredible action sequences. I don’t even care if the story is basically a comic booky version of The Matrix. I’m pretty sure the bullet through the head shot from the opening of this trailer is worth the price of the movie ticket alone. Check it out NOW and tell me what you think in the comments.

The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor director Rob Cohen has announced on his Blog for the movie that you'll be seeing the teaser trailer this Friday online and in theaters. I just wanted to let you know that, as I promised long ago, the TEASER TRAILER will appear here on my blog before anywhere else, Friday May 16th at 9:00am PST. I'm really stoked, and I think the trailer guys at Universal (led by Frank Chiocchi) did a great job. It will make its US debut in theaters May 16th with prints of Prince Caspian, and will make its international debut on prints of Indiana Jones on May 22th. I'm really looking forward to your reaction. So crank up the sound and view it full screen as soon as you can!

Since the new trailer for The Dark Knight went live earlier this morning, A lot of fans have been analyzing the footage frame by frame for hidden clues (however, no one has found Waldo yet). Most people picked up on the scene that I mentioned in the earlier trailer posting where Harvey Dent is behind held to the floor in a puddle of what appears to be a gasoline type substance (as seen below). Many people agree with my conclusion that this is most definitely how Dent becomes Two-Face. A much different set-up from the traditional Joker/Acid story-line from the comic book series.

It all comes down to this new trailer for The Incredible Hulk, with the Marvel reboot’s release on June 13th fast approaching and its positioning as the caboose of summer superhero flicks pretty much a lock as far as expectations and buzz go. This second trailer is far more well-rounded than the first in my opinion, which mounted everything on the Hulk’s rather predictable-looking end battle with Abomination. Moreover, there is a nice amount of fresh and promising footage with the Hulk and with Edward Norton here, the latter of which has an agreeably slick general blockbuster Bourne-like feel to it.

Columbia Pictures premiered an exclusive new Hancock movie trailer on Wednesday night’s American Idol. The new Peter Berg film stars Will Smith as superhero who has fallen on hard times and has fallen out of favor with the public. He enters into a questionable relationship with the wife (Charlize Theron) of the public relations professional (Jason Bateman) who’s trying to repair his image. The trailers and marketing up until this point almost gave off a parody vibe. This new trailer shows a different story featuring a lot more action and drama. IGN has just released a restricted trailer for "The Babysitters," which is about a bunch of underage high school girls turning their babysitter services into prostitution. Here is the official plot summary: High school senior Shirley (Katherine Waterston) works as a babysitter to save money for college. She has a serious crush on Michael (John Leguizamo), father of two of her regular charges. One night, Michael and Shirley share a forbidden kiss, and he gives her a nice bonus on top of her regular babysitting fee. After Michael's married buddies find out and want in on the babysitter action, Shirley becomes a high-school madam, arranging dates between her girlfriends and the upstanding family men of their neighborhood with her trusty black book. An innocent flirtation soon spirals into an affair that causes everyone involved to lose more than they bargained for.
