It’s an open dormitory type of setting where he’ll be in close contact with other adult inmates either awaiting sentencing or already sentenced in cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies. Ah, the gift of anal rape. Is there anything better? I know it certainly made my 13th birthday a day I’ll never forget. No matter how many therapists they make me talk to. |

 More Details in Christian Bale’s Assault ArrestCategory: Cinema & TV - Posted by: rapvirus on Jul 23rd, 2008Everyone was hoping that the Batman actor might have been arrested yesterday for verbally assaulting his mother and sister — what with England’s silly Class 4 and 5 “verbal assault with an intent to cause alarm” clauses — but no dice. It lo...oks like there was actual physical contact between him and his mother. TMZ reports We’re told Bale pushed his mom out of the way during an altercation. She was not hurt and did not fall down. There’s a division of opinion on whether the contact was a “push” or a “brush.” Well, that doesn’t sound so bad, does it? I mean, who hasn’t wanted to push their nagging mother out of the way of the door so they could walk out of the room during an argument? So, it looks like this was all a big misunderstanding. Christian doesn’t have an unpredictable and violent temper. Right? Um, not exactly. TMZ goes on to say Bale was on the set last Friday shooting “Terminator 4.” During a scene, the director of cinematography screwed up a shot — at least in Christian’s mind. Bale went ballistic, screaming “I will kick your ass” along with other choice remarks. Several hundred people heard the outburst — including Military Police — which was described as “intense.” We’re told Bale was “extremely tired and having a bad day.” Okaaay… I guess… so maybe the day of the assault was just another “bad day” for Christian. He’s not like that all the time. *crosses fingers* Right? The Daily Mail says Christian can have a terrible temper. Instead of lashing out at his wife, he sometimes lashes out at people around him.’ Jesus, I give up. The only thing I got is that his mom was a former circus clown. And if there’s one thing my grandpa always told me, it’s that you can’t trust circus folk. He also told me that you couldn’t trust the Japanese and that redheaded people are lazy and that black people run faster than white people because they have an extra bone in their foot, so I wouldn’t exactly call him to the stand or anything. But hey, at least it’s something. |

The Bon Jovi guitarist was busted for drunk driving Tuesday night in Laguna Beach, CA. He was pulled over by the po-po just before 11:00 PM last night for driving erratically in... his black Hummer. According to TMZ, he failed numerous sobriety tests and was detained for DUI. When he was hauled to the cop shop, he opted to take a blood test rather than blow into a breathalyzer. |

All of th...at seems to be true - a frappaccino isn’t technically food, she sometimes forgets to wears pants when she goes out and wanders from hotel to hotel, even though she has several homes. Her parents, Lynne and Jamie, spent the entire day with their daughter Thursday. She was also seen by “manager” Osama Sam Lufti, who was dispatched to In-N-Out Burger to pick up some food for Britney. (Apparently she was having grease withdrawals). Lufti rolled up with a “Double-Double” combo (a double cheeseburger, fries and a drink) to help aid her recovery. |

There has apparently been a big fight between her parents and “manager” Osama Sam Lufti over who is in charge of making medical decisions on her behalf. Sam was originally in... charge, but according to TMZ, doctors are now “fully cooperating” with her parents. A judge is now deciding who has legal control. Brit checked in under an alias and although reports say she went willingly, she was hurling swearwords at her parents and staff. Sources say Spears said she was on Adderall, which is used to treat Attention Deficit Disorder, and was taking up to TEN laxatives a day. She was photographed the other day picking up a back of laxatives on one of her many pharmacy runs. No wonder she has to use all those gas station bathrooms. Between that and all those frappaccinos. |

Practicing massage therapy without a license is a felony and she could face fines or even jail time. |

According to PerezHilton.com, two bottles of sleeping aids were found, one prescription and one over-the-counter. According to Sydney’s Daily Telegraph, bottles of Diazepam and Alprazolam, both anti-anxiety drugs prescribed in his name, were also found. The paper also reports that former love Naomi Watts burst into tears upon hearing the news at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah. Meanwhile, a devastated Michelle Williams, the mother of his daughter, is on a plane to New York City. |

Though the final manner of death could not be determined, the Coroner says that several things could have contributed to West's death. The report... states "Multiple post-operative factors could have played a role in the death. The exact contribution of each factor could not be determined. There was no evidence of a surgical or anesthetic misadventure." Donda past after receiving cosmetic surgery by surgeon Dr. Jan Adams, who was not board certified in plastic surgery. Another doctor reportedly refused to operate on West before Dr. Adams came into the picture. The other doc had said she had a medical condition that made her a candidate for a heart attack, according to TMZ. |
